13. Cancellation Policy

Aquaclean understands that schedules may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charge.
  • Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted price, to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
  • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If cancellation occurs on the day of service or if we arrive on-site and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, 100% of the quoted price may be charged.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email or over the phone during working hours.
